29. An employer that is a party to a pension plan shall, as soon as possible, notify Retraite Québec in writing that a compensatory amount is required under section1.3.4 of the Entente concernant les exploitations de pâtes et papiers au Québec de Papiers de Publication Kruger inc. et Kruger Wayagamack inc.
The notice shall contain all information required for determining the additional contribution provided for under that agreement.
